Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive / Senior Purchase Engineer to manage procurement activities, supplier coordination, cost optimization, and timely material delivery to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.

- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

- Evaluate supplier quotations, pricing, and performance.

- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams.





- Prepare purchase and inventory reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.

- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

- Advanced MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
