Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Ward Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients admitted to the hospital. The candidate should have positive clinical knowledge, patient-care skills, and the ability to work effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted to the wards.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assess patients' health conditions and report any changes to the treating doctors.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, patient files, and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols.




- Monitor patients' progress and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other departments for effective patient care.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and ward supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- 2–15 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Hospital experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of nursing procedures and patient-care practices.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients with care, patience, and professionalism.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
