Role: Telecaller
Location: Teynampet, Chennai
Experience: 1+ Year

Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the Presales Team.
Explain project details and understand customer requirements.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with interested customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
Coordinate with the Presales/Sales Team for smooth lead conversion.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
