Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead marketing activities, develop business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.

The candidate should have strong marketing knowledge, leadership skills and the ability to handle field marketing activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads and support business development activities.
- Visit clients and meet potential customers whenever required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Explore current markets and opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Marketing / Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle field marketing activities.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for business and client visits.
