Role DescriptionThe Head of Finance will build NetoAI's finance function from the ground up and scale it to support a multi-entity, multi-geography product company. This role will own financial strategy, planning, compliance and investor readiness as the company moves through successive funding rounds and rapid growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has taken a finance function from early stage to scale-up, and who can act as a strategic partner to the leadership team while putting robust systems, controls and governance in place.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and lead the finance function: Set up the finance organization, processes and systems from scratch, and hire and develop a high-performing team as the company scales.
• Financial strategy and planning: Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and unit economics; translate business strategy into transparent financial plans and KPIs.
• Fundraising and investor relations: Lead financial preparation for funding rounds, including models, data rooms and due diligence; manage investor reporting,



board materials and cap-table governance.
• Multi-entity and Global finance: Manage accounting, consolidation, transfer pricing, treasury and FX across group entities in US, UK and APAC jurisdictions.
• Compliance, tax and governance: Ensure statutory, tax and regulatory compliance in every geography; establish internal controls, audit readiness and risk management.
• Commercial and business partnering: Support pricing, deal structuring, contracts and revenue recognition for enterprise software and services deals; advise leadership on capital allocation and cash runway.
• Systems and reporting: Implement scalable finance tools and deliver accurate, timely management reporting and dashboards for the leadership team and board. Qualifications & Experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA or MBA in Finance.
• 12+ years of finance experience, including 4+ years leading the finance function at a technology or SaaS product company.
• Proven record of building a finance function from early stage to scale-up.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and modelling skills, who is comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insight clearly to founders, investors and the board.
