Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end order management activities using SAP.
• Create and process sales orders as per customer requirements.
• Handle EDI and IDOC transactions and resolve order-related errors.
• Monitor order status, backlog and delivery timelines.




• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Ensure process accuracy and adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify process issues and support root cause analysis. Additional Responsibilities – Team Lead:
• Manage daily team operations and workload allocation.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and quality.
• Handle escalations and drive process improvements.
