The candidate should have strong content-writing skills, creativity, and the ability to develop engaging scripts, captions, reels and short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan, create and execute social media content calendars.
• Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.
• Create compelling captions, headlines, hooks and social media posts.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, audio and content formats relevant to the brand.
• Coordinate with the video editor and design team for content creation and publishing.
• Develop creative content ideas to improve brand awareness, reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.




• Ensure consistent brand voice and timely publishing across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms and platform updates. Required Skills
• Valuable content writing and creative writing skills.
• Strong scriptwriting skills for Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media trends, hashtags and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach.
