Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop basic or advanced level eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline/Rise
• Develop technical exams/assessments
• Create interactive eLearning products
• Create graphic guidelines to build consistent and timely deliverables
• Work with subject matter experts and understand the graphical requirements and adhering to the graphical standards and guidelines
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
• Review and test new and revised content curriculum of other team members
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the curriculum or assist with innovative ideas
• Manage delivery timelines and ensure proactiveness
• Deliver eLearning products of excellent quality with efficiency
• Create animation using Vyond or After Effects
• Review Storyline (SL) files and provide comments with design details
• Coordinate with Instructional Designers to address/fix the review comments




• Review and test English and translated courses
- LMS Testing, handover test plan
• Audio generation using AI tools
• Proficient in using AI tools, such as Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini and Copilot We are looking for
• Any degree or bachelor’s or master’s degree in visual communication
• 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/eLearning Developer
• Prior experience working in Adobe Creative Suite – including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Adobe XD, and Acrobat Pro
• Excellent in creating courses using Articulate Storyline/RISE
• Proficient in graphic design, branding, image editing, document formatting, animation, video, audio, e-learning authoring tools, and web-based applications/tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Digital team.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for instructional design and quality assurance (e.g., SCORM).
