Sales Executive – Canon Calculators & Software Sales Company: Numerical Analytics Instruments Pvt. Ltd.

Chennai, Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience:
2–5 years Job Purpose To develop and expand the Chennai market for Canon scientific calculators and software solutions by building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, stationery shops, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and market development for Canon calculators, with a primary focus on Chennai.
• Promote and sell software products; prior experience in software sales is mandatory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, resellers, and stationery retailers.
• Leverage existing connections with stationery shops and educational product suppliers to generate new business and repeat orders.
• Identify sales opportunities through field visits, customer meetings, channel development, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, expand market coverage, and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and sales pipeline updates.
• Candidate Requirements




• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in software, educational products, calculators, or technology products.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in calculator & software sales.
• Established connections with dealers, distributors, and stationery shops in Chennai.
• Experience in channel sales, retail distribution, and territory development.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits across Chennai and nearby markets.
• Graduate in a relevant discipline. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
