Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop new fashion lines, including concept development and mood boards.
- Create prototypes and samples of designs, and present them to clients or stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest fashion trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.





Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of fashion principles, including color theory, texture, and pattern.
- Excellent sketching and drawing skills, with the ability to create detailed designs and prototypes.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
