We are a reputed law firm in Chennai offering a paid Legal Research Internship for law students, fresh law graduates and newly enrolled advocates. Interns can work online (remote) or offline at our Chennai office. A monthly stipend is paid.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Research case law, statutes and recent judgments of the Supreme Court and Madras High Court on assigned legal issues

- Prepare research notes, case briefs and summaries for the advocates

- Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, plaints, replies and agreements

- Track legal updates, amendments and new judgments relevant to ongoing matters

- Proofread and format pleadings and other legal documents

- Offline interns will also attend court hearings and client meetings with advocates

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Law students (3rd year onwards) pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB, fresh law graduates,



or newly enrolled advocates

- Familiarity with legal research tools such as SCC Online, Manupatra or Indian Kanoon

- Good legal writing and research skills in English; Tamil is an added advantage

- Own laptop and stable internet connection for online interns

- Self-driven, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
