- Manage procurement of direct and indirect materials, consumables, components, and services required for plant operations.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, cost competitiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract finalization, and annual cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, and Stores teams to prevent material shortages.
- Execute RFQs, comparative analysis, purchase orders, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Drive localization, alternate sourcing, and value engineering projects to optimize procurement costs.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, and statutory compliance.
- Analyze procurement KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present sourcing strategies to management.
