About the Role

eNtrust Software & Services is looking for CA / CMA qualified and Inter / Final level candidates to join our Accounting Services (AS) team as Senior Analysts & Specialists. You will analyse and review allocated work units with defect-free quality, deliver within estimated time using our in-house platforms (REmaap / NAMSREmaap), and follow all process, data confidentiality and information security requirements. This is a high-priority, multi-position requirement to support new projects and the expansion of existing ones. Strong accounting fundamentals, accuracy and dependability are a must.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and review the units allocated to you in line with project guidelines, SOPs and control checklists, and deliver them with defect-free quality
- Ensure 100% accuracy in all work done; maintain a low defect-to-opportunity ratio across every unit reviewed
- Complete the allocated number of units within the estimated time and meet or exceed the team average on units processed and productive hours
- Execute all work through REmaap / NAMSREmaap and record reviews, errors and timesheet data consistently for every unit processed
- Identify, log and correct errors, and take feedback and corrective action to prevent repeat defects
- Apply accounting knowledge (accounts, financial statements, reconciliations and related review activities) across different projects as assigned
- Adhere to company and process policies and procedures, including data integrity, accuracy, confidentiality and the Information Security Policy
- Keep SOPs and control checklists followed and flag gaps or improvement ideas to your Lead
- Be available and dependable for team deliverables,



with good punctuality and minimal unplanned leave, especially on critical deliverable days of the month
- Take part in training and assessments, learn new projects quickly, and work independently with limited support over time
- Contribute to additional activities and cross-training to help the team handle volume and avoid bottlenecks
- Use REmaap AI and other AI-driven tools to improve productivity and reduce processing time, and share feedback for enhancements
- Perform General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP & AR) accounting, and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Apply US GAAP (FASB) and IFRS standards, including ASC 842 / IFRS 16 lease accounting and ASC 805 business combinations, in accounting and review work
- Review financial statements and support budgeting and job costing activities
- Support underwriting models, financial modeling and property valuation as assigned
- Handle corporate and fund accounting activities across different projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

- CA / CMA qualification level as per the Eligible Qualifications table (ACCA Inter candidates may also be considered)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements and review / checking procedures
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and defect-free output




- Ability to meet productivity targets and deliver within estimated time frames
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and comfort learning new software tools and workflow platforms
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work independently as well as in a team
- Good attendance record, punctuality and ownership of deliverables
- Understanding of data confidentiality and information security practices

Good to Have

- Prior experience in accounting services, KPO / ITES or finance operations review roles
- Exposure to real estate accounting or property management accounting
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for accounting and review work
- Experience in training or mentoring junior team members (for Senior Analyst profiles)

Desired Candidates Qualification

- CA Inter One Group / CA Inter Both Groups / CA Final One Group (With 36 Months of Articleship)
- CMA Inter One Group / CMA Inter Both Groups / CMA Final One Group / CMA Fully Qualified (With 12 Months of Articleship)
- M.Com / MBA with 3+ experience in Lease Accounting Process

Shift allowance plus one-way cab facility (Door drop).

Exam Leave Policy

Study holidays for professional exams cannot be provided. Leave will be granted only for the actual exam dates. For example, a candidate writing 4 subjects on 4 different dates will get 4 days of leave, with no additional leave for exam preparation.

As the role involves time-bound customer deliverables, prolonged absence has a significant impact on delivery. Candidates should be informed of this policy at the screening stage.
