Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Lead – Hire to Retire with solid expertise in HR Administration, team management, and international client handling.
Mandatory Requirements:
-7+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Administration – Hire to Retire.
-Experience in team handling and performance management.
-International client exposure is strongly preferred.
-ServiceNow or any ticketing tool experience.
-Strong knowledge of SLA management, escalation handling, and process compliance.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
