Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Specialist - Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, bulk hiring, stakeholder management, and onboarding support while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and other hiring initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases accurately.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure seamless new hire integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in BPO hiring or recruitment consultancy.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical billing, or shared services hiring will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter platforms.
