- Supporting billing activities for key customers and may support additional teams in the future.
- Coordinating with key clients for reports, presentations, queries, and agreement closures.
- Business follow-up with key accounts, scheduling appointments, and establishing connections with senior stakeholders in named client organizations.
- Acting as the central SPOC for Flipkart and Amazon for data consolidation, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Handling client-related operational and coordination activities as assigned.
Desired profile of the candidate : -
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
- Understanding of operations and related industries preferred.
- Candidates from Amazon Operations or Flipkart Operations background will be preferred.
- Should have worked under Operations functions if from Amazon/Flipkart.
