We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to promote and sell servicing, maintenance, repair and equipment support solutions for heavy earth-moving machinery. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, acquiring customers and building long-term relationships with construction companies, infrastructure contractors, equipment owners and machinery rental companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for heavy equipment servicing and maintenance.
- Promote equipment repair, preventive maintenance, breakdown support and AMC services.
- Develop relationships with construction companies, infrastructure projects, contractors and equipment owners.
- Conduct customer visits and understand their equipment service requirements.
- Generate leads through field visits, references and market research.
- Prepare service quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.




- Follow up on service enquiries, quotations and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment servicing, construction machinery or industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of heavy earth-moving equipment and its maintenance/service requirements will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel and undertake field sales activities.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in technical sales may also apply.
