- Install and configure ophthalmic microscope and instruments at client sites.
- Provide hands-on training to ophthalmologists and hospital staff on proper equipment operation and usage.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting to resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Coordinate with the principal manufacturer or senior engineering team for complex technical repairs and spare parts ordering.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to secure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) renewals and repeat business.
