Role Description This full-time Voice Process Executive role is an on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about Asset Tree Homes’ projects and services.

The Voice Process

Executive will address customer concerns, record interactions in the system, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining call quality standards, adhering to scripts and guidelines where needed, and coordinating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.



The role also requires updating customer records, sharing feedback from customers with management, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and customer interaction skills, including Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Support.
- Ability to understand customer needs and improve experiences, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Good Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify trends, and support problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Chennai, with a professional phone presence and clear speaking voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or call management systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in a voice process, call center, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to company policies.
