Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop automotive BIW components using UG NX (Siemens NX).
- Work on BIW structures such as:
- Upper Body
- Under Body
- BIW Closures
- Side Body
- Floor Panel
- Roof Panel
- A-Pillar, B-Pillar and C-Pillar
- Door, Hood and Tailgate

- Perform 3D modelling, part modelling, assembly design and 2D drawings.
- Work on sheet metal component design and development.
- Perform design validation, packaging and clearance checks.
- Ensure manufacturability and feasibility of BIW components.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development.

Mandatory Skills
- Solid experience in UG NX / Siemens NX.
- Automotive BIW design experience.
- Sheet Metal Design.
- 3D Modelling and Assembly Design.
- GD&T; and Engineering Drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling feasibility.
- Teamcenter / PLM knowledge is an added advantage.
