This is an operational role responsible for implementing HR Reporting and Automation.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Graduate with 2-4 years experience.

Good Analytical Skills

Key Responsibilities

Report design and automation

Handle a wide range of documents, spreadsheets and reports while performing technical tasks.

Ability to understand HR process and translate it into digital process and reporting

Partner With Other Stakeholders To Ensure Report Requirements.

Manage relationship with other COE especially with HR operations

Collate information and maintain databases.

Use Gen AI and Agentic AI for automation of reporting and other automation requirements
