Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Manage sales and service orders through ERP / SAP systems
- Prepare, daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS and analytical reports
- Assist in SAP operations and quotation preparation
Skill Requirement
- Valuable English communication
- Strong analytics and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Female candidates are preferred
