We're Hiring | Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding

Location: Delhi

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in Freight Forwarding Sales to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.

If you have hands-on experience in Air & Ocean Freight and Import/Export operations, this opportunity is worth exploring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business in Import & Export Freight Forwarding (LCL/FCL).
- Generate sales opportunities across Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Acquire new customers and build a strong client portfolio.
- Identify new trade lanes and explore domestic and international markets.
- Manage freight rates, negotiations and logistics solutions.
- Drive customer retention, repeat business and key account relationships.
- Coordinate with Customer Service,



Documentation and Operations teams.
- Maintain sales pipelines, regular follow-ups and achieve assigned targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant Freight Forwarding Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of Import & Export (LCL/FCL).
- Experience in Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Excellent business development and client relationship skills.
- Robust negotiation and target-achievement capabilities.
