Job OverviewTrendZila is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Explain company products, offers, and services to customers.
- Maintain customer databases and daily call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.





Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
