About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing SDR/Senior SDR to be part of our Sales Development team focused on the India market. This role is critical in driving pipeline generation through strategic outbound and inbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive lead generation strategy across outbound and inbound channels

- Build and optimize processes for prospecting, qualification, and pipeline
- creation

- Develop strong understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) across Enterprise
- and Mid-Market segments

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align
- on pipeline goals

- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline contribution

- Drive adoption of tools, CRM hygiene, and best practices in sales development

- Analyze performance data and continuously refine strategies for better outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development / Lead Generation roles





- Proven track record in outbound and inbound lead generation role

- Strong exposure to the India market, with deep understanding of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers

- Prior experience in a technology / SaaS setting is mandatory

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with modern sales tech stack and automation tools

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
