Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.

- Process loan applications from start to finish, including credit checks and documentation.

- Develop strategies to increase sales performance by identifying cross-selling opportunities for other banking products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in Home Loans & LAP (Loan Against Property).

- Solid understanding of housing finance industry trends and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
