About the Role

Skywire Broadcast is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our business in the Chennai region. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience and a background in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, system integrators and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings and product presentations.
- Promote and sell AV products and solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate deals and close business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Field Sales.
- Prior experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of AV products, solutions and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
