- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets in the FMCG industry.

- Manage a team of sales representatives to drive product launches, distribution management, and retail growth.

- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for trade marketing initiatives and optimize product offerings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the FMCG industry.

- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

- Solid understanding of distribution management, market analysis, Product Launch, Retail & Trade Marketing skills.
