Well reputed E-Commerce company requires Recruitment Specialist Job role Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT Executive, Staff, and Blue-Collar positions. Screen candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Plan and participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.
Coordinate offer roll-out, document verification, background checks, and joining formalities. Coordinate employee engagement activities and address basic employee queries.
