Roles and Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans to guide development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on products and services.
- Ensure effective communication among team members through daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-9 years of experience in Product Ownership or related field (e.g., Project Management).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- Robust understanding of LLM, KYC, RAISE, RAG frameworks for managing complex projects.
- Experience working with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies.
