Qualification:

Education / Training

Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field.

Experience

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field; technical automotive background of advantage

~8 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Requirements Management, or related technical-commercial functions

Proven experience in international product environments, ideally covering emerging or diverse markets (e.g., export markets)

Experience in international or multicultural environments, ideally with exposure to emerging or export markets and cross-functional collaboration

Familiarity with product portfolio planning, requirements documentation, lifecycle management, and competitive analysis





Strong team player and self-starter mindset essential

Solid analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, including digital reporting solutions (e.g. PBI) and Management reporting

Nice to have: Experience using generative AI tools to optimize workflows

Specific knowledge

Language skills: Fluent English (Portuguese, Spanish, German are a strong plus).

Understanding of pricing mechanisms, discount structures, business models, and stakeholder management.
