Performance Marketing
Experience: 5–8+ Years
Location: Ekkattuthangal, Chennai
Start Date: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
Role Overview
- We're looking for a performance marketing candidate who understands one thing above everything else:
How to turn marketing budgets into measurable business revenue.
- This isn't a role for someone who simply runs ads. We’re looking for someone who has proven experience in improving conversions and scaling campaigns with measurable results on the revenue.
- You'll own the entire performance journey — from customer acquisition to revenue and ROI — working alongside the founder to build and scale a results-driven marketing function.
- If you think beyond clicks and impressions, take ownership of numbers and know how to turn ad spends into business growth, this role is for you.
The chance
Build the performance marketing engine from the ground up. Own the numbers. Drive growth.
