? Qualification: Any Graduate

? Shift: Night Shift

? Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

? Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Mandatory Skills:

- SAP Order Management
- EDI & IDOC Processing
- Oracle & Inbound calling
- Sales Order Creation
- End-to-End Order Management
- Order Processing & Fulfilment

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end order management activities using SAP.
- Create and process sales orders as per customer requirements.
- Handle EDI and IDOC transactions and resolve order-related errors.
- Monitor order status, backlog and delivery timelines.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and fulfilment.
- Ensure process accuracy and adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Identify process issues and support root cause analysis.

Additional Responsibilities – Team Lead:

- Manage daily team operations and workload allocation.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and quality.
- Handle escalations and drive process improvements.
- Support team members through guidance and process training.
