Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for non-technical positions across various industries in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions in the US market.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Recruit for positions across industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Accounting, Administration, HR, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.




- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in US Staffing (Non-IT recruitment preferred).
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Positive understanding of US time zones and work authorization categories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience recruiting for US Non-IT requirements.
- Knowledge of healthcare, finance, accounting, administrative, and professional staffing.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
