Role Description The Network Support Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will monitor, maintain, and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and related systems.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving network issues, responding to service requests and incidents, and providing technical support to internal teams and customers. The role involves implementing network changes, assisting with upgrades and configurations, and ensuring network security controls and policies are applied consistently.
The Network Support
Engineer will collaborate with other IT teams, document configurations and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of network performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering for managing and optimizing enterprise network environments.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving network incidents and user-reported issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills for implementing security best practices, monitoring threats, and maintaining secure access controls.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and LAN/WAN technologies, with experience using common network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, ability to document technical work clearly, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and respond to priority incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Salary: 30,000/- CTC (To) 50,000/- CTC
Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days preferred
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
