Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts MIS and financial reporting, preferably from the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, margins, and overall financial performance.
- Prepare budget versus actual reports and investigate significant variances.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, overheads, inventory, and production costs.
- Develop and maintain reports on plant performance, product-wise profitability, cost centre performance, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate monthly financial closing activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Analyse working capital, receivables, payables, inventory levels, and cash flow.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance reviews.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data extracted from ERP/accounting systems.
- Coordinate with plant, production, procurement, sales, and finance teams to collect and validate relevant data.




- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and better financial controls.
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial policies.
- Present key financial findings and actionable insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Accounts MIS, financial reporting, or management accounting.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory or strongly preferred.
- Robust understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing overheads.
- Hands-on experience in preparing MIS reports, financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant accounting software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to management
