Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Billing Engineer with a solid background in billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and measurement verification for commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify MEP bills, RA bills, and final bills.
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against actual site measurements.
- Handle MEP billing for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Check work orders, rate analysis, and variation statements.
- Maintain billing records and project cost documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of bills.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of MEP quantity surveying and billing.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Understanding of BOQ, RA bills, and rate analysis.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
