We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Medical Underwriter / Medical Records Summarizer. In this role, you will analyze complex medical charts, extract clinical information, and deliver high-accuracy summaries for US Life Insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, analyze, and extract critical clinical data from complex medical records and history charts.
- Identify, interpret, and summarize complex disease conditions, diagnostic reports, treatment plans, and medical terminologies.
- Produce exact, structured medical summaries adhering to client-specific underwriting standards and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain high accuracy, quality compliance,



and tight turnaround times for daily deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal quality and operations teams to review ambiguous medical documentation and case studies.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in Life Sciences, BPT (Physiotherapy), BHMS, BAMS, or B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Experience: 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in Medical Records Summarization, Medical Underwriting, APS Summarization, or clinical data abstraction.
- Medical Knowledge: Deep understanding of human anatomy, clinical terminologies, pharmacology, pathology, and chronic/acute health conditions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and web-based summarization/chart-review platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical acumen, sharp attention to detail, proactive work ethic, and clear written/verbal communication skills.
