We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to build the Revanza brand and drive quality leads for our plotted projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual plan
- Plan and run project launches, from positioning and branding through launch events
- Drive lead generation through digital (Meta, Google, portals) and offline (ATL/BTL, hoardings, events) channels
- Manage the marketing budget and track cost per lead, site visits and conversions
- Manage creative, media and digital agencies
- Build channel partner and broker engagement programmes




- Work closely with sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Track market trends and competitor activity in Chennais plotted market

Requirements

- Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred
- 15+ years in marketing, with robust real estate experience (plotted development preferred)
- Proven record of successful project launches and lead generation
- Strong command of digital marketing and performance metrics
- Leadership, team-building and agency management skills
