We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Manager to handle all approvals and government coordination for our plotted development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Obtain layout approvals from DTCP, CMDA and local bodies
- Handle RERA registration, renewals and compliance
- Manage land documentation: patta, chitta, EC, FMB, land conversion and title verification
- Liaise with Revenue, Registration, Panchayat, TNEB, Metro Water and other departments
- Track approval timelines and report status to management
- Coordinate with legal, survey and project teams for smooth approvals




- Maintain strong working relationships with government officials

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; B.L. or B.E. Civil preferred
- 10+ years of liaisoning experience in plotted development or real estate in Tamil Nadu
- Strong knowledge of DTCP/CMDA norms, RERA and land records
- Positive network across government departments in Chennai and surrounding districts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in Tamil and English
