Giraffic Info World is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate business leads, and support our sales and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, digital marketing, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential business leads through online and offline channels.
- Research and identify prospective clients using Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories, and social media.
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Generate leads for website development, mobile app development, software development, ERP solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Explain company services to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and arrange product or service demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain lead information, customer details, and follow-up status in Excel or CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
- Confidence in making phone calls and communicating with potential customers.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
