We are looking for two enthusiastic and technically skilled Junior System Administrators for our Chennai location. Candidates should have good basic system knowledge and be capable of monitoring CCTV systems and handling basic IT support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems.
- Regularly check CCTV footage and report any technical issues.
- Monitor computer systems and basic network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Ensure proper functioning of desktops, systems, and related IT equipment.
- Report system failures or technical concerns to the concerned team.
- Maintain basic records of CCTV monitoring and system-related activities.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to identify and report technical issues.
- Good communication and observation skills.
