We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor for The Postcard Chitwan who will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected and ready within stipulated timelines.
- Allocate duties, prepare rosters and supervise housekeeping associates.
- Train and guide the team on cleaning standards, hygiene, grooming and guest interaction.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
- Monitor inventory of linen, guest amenities and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of resources and minimise wastage.




- Conduct regular inspections to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and housekeeping SOPs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Experience in supervising housekeeping teams.
- Good knowledge of room cleaning, laundry, linen management and hygiene standards.
- Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations.
