Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies for home loan products, including loans against property and housing finance solutions.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with key DSAs to enhance sales performance and client acquisition.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and service enhancement.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices in mortgage loan sales.
- Set and achieve sales targets while driving team performance through effective leadership and motivation.




- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that accurately convey product offerings.
- Provide guidance on loan processing procedures to ensure timely approvals and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to prepare reports on performance metrics and recommend improvements as necessary. Eligibility and Qualifications - A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in home loans, housing finance, or mortgage loans is essential.
