DGM - RoB Incharge The Senior Railway Bridge Construction Specialist will oversee end?to?end planning, design review, execution and commissioning of Rail Over Bridge Construction Projects within major railway infrastructure project. This role is ideal for seasoned qualified with 25– 35 years of experience in with deep expertise in railway engineering, bridge structures, safety standards, and multi?agency coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and technical specifications for ROBs in compliance with Indian Railway Standards, IRS codes, and IRC guidelines.
- Coordinate with railway divisions, TNRDC authorities, Contractors and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety and timeline requirements.




- Resolve technical challenges related to foundations, superstructure, track alignment, utilities shifting and traffic management.
- Ensure compliance with railway safety protocols, statutory approvals and inspection requirements.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including DPRs, BOQs, tender documents and progress reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of railway engineering standards, track geometry, and structural design principles.
- Proven ability to manage large?scale civil engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
