Compensation: 25–30 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Reporting To: Pro-Vice Chancellor

Team Size: 50+ Faculty Members

Preferred Age Range: 50–62 Years

Position Overview

We are seeking a distinguished legal academician and experienced academic leader to head the School of Law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal education, academic administration, curriculum development, research, and institutional leadership, along with the ability to strengthen collaborations with the judiciary, legal industry, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

Provide strategic leadership for academic and administrative functions of the School of Law.

Lead and mentor faculty members while promoting teaching excellence,



research, and career development.

Oversee curriculum design, review, and implementation in accordance with Bar Council of India (BCI) norms and applicable academic standards.

Demonstrate experience as a Chairperson or Lead Examiner in legal examinations and assessment processes.

Contribute to academic governance through Boards of Studies, curriculum committees, and external evaluation panels.

Maintain a strong record of legal research, scholarly publications, funded projects, and postgraduate/doctoral mentoring.

Develop strategic partnerships with courts, law firms, corporate legal departments, regulatory bodies, and government institutions.
