The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments from customers. Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person to collect outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to facilitate debt recovery.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer inquiries or disputes related to collections.
- Prepare and send out collection letters and notices as necessary.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action.




- Report on collection activities and provide updates to management.
