Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operate CNC machines such as CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines.

2. Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.

3. Perform machine setting, tool setting and job loading/unloading.

4. Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.

5. Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges.

6. Maintain quality standards and achieve daily production targets.

7. Identify machine abnormalities and report technical issues to supervisors.

8. Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.

9. Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.

10. Minimize material wastage and reduce production rejection.

11. Maintain production records and inspection reports.

12. Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams.
