We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and support our Azure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and production environments. The candidate should have experience troubleshooting production issues, deploying applications, and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of cloud services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Azure cloud resources.
- Deploy and support applications on Azure Kubernetes Service, App Service and Function Apps
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to applications, infrastructure, and networking.
- Configure and maintain monitoring and logging solutions.
- Manage application configurations, secrets, and certificates.
- Support cloud security best practices and access management.
- Work closely with development teams for deployments and issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and document solutions.
- Participate in production support and on-call activities when required.
- Support the integration and deployment of AI services, LLM APIs, and Azure AI Search into cloud-based applications.
- Ensure the security and reliability of AI service integrations through appropriate authentication, authorization, and network configurations

- Basic Networking (DNS, Load Balancer, Application Gateway)
- Scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Azure search, Microsoft Foundry, Azure Content understanding

Preferred Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

•3–5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Azure Administration.

- Azure certifications (AZ-104/AZ-400) are preferred.
