Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Anand.

The Branch

Manager will oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls while meeting business targets for loan disbursements, collections, and cross-selling of financial products. The role includes managing and mentoring branch staff, driving sales initiatives for Gold Loans, MSME Loans, Construction Finance, and Housing Loans, and promoting insurance and car loan distribution where applicable.

Manager will monitor portfolio quality, manage risk at the branch level, and maintain robust customer relationships through high service standards and timely resolution of queries. The position also requires regular reporting to regional leadership, participation in local market development activities, and continuous improvement of branch processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

- Candidates should possess strong branch operations and process management skills, including compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Candidates should possess business development and sales skills, with experience in retail lending products such as Gold Mortgage Loans, Housing Loans, and other secured finance offerings.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, including performance monitoring, coaching, and staff development.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to interpret MIS reports, track performance metrics, and manage portfolio quality.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and local language as required.
- Relevant experience in banking or NBFC branch management, especially in retail lending, is highly beneficial.
